During a successful career in sales, sales training and sales management I became aware that many if not all of the challenges faced my organisations were created by communication problems.

• Missing communication
• Mis-communication
• Unconscious assumptions

I also became aware that some people are much more effective at communicating than others. And so I began to get curious as to what made the difference between those who were outstanding and the vast majority who were just mediocre.

This curiosity led me to train in Neuro Linguistic Programming, the foremost discipline for modelling excellence. In particular I used my expertise to model excellent influencers and presenters and now I teach those tried and tested models to companies and individuals in Hampshire and around the world.

The Society of St James

The Society of St James is a registered charity in Southampton, providing accommodation with care and support to homeless and vulnerably-housed people. Every year the Society houses over 500 people through its various accommodation projects, and helps over 3,000 through its soup kitchen and support services.

Portsmouth EBP (Education Business Partnership)

Portsmouth & South East Hampshire Education Business Partnership (EBP) runs a variety of programmes to bring business and education together including enterprise challenges, mock interviews, pre and post work placement conferences.
