During a successful career in sales, sales training and sales management I became aware that most of the challenges faced by organisations all came down to a problems in communication.
- Missing communication
- Unconscious assumptions
I also became aware that some people are much more effective at communicating than others. And so I began to get curious about what was the difference between those who were outstanding communicators and the rest who were just mediocre.
This curiosity led me to train in Neuro Linguistic Programming, the foremost discipline for modelling excellence. In particular I used my ability to model excellent influencers and presenters and now I teach those tried and tested models to companies and people in Hampshire and around the world.
What makes us different?
We understand that it’s not just about teaching people what to do, it’s also about developing the mindset to put those skills into action. Lots of people know what they “should” do, but they still don’t do it. We tackle the limiting beliefs and un-resourceful mindsets that stop people putting their skills into action with amazing results.
To transform the way people communicate to build a happier, more effective and more sustainable world.
