The presenter steps up to address the meeting but even before he or she opens her mouth their nervous twitches, hesitant eye contact and off balance posture tell you that this is likely to be dire. Things can only get worse and they do. The presenters delivery is machinegun like and almost unintelligible. The uhms at the end of every sentence coupled with a monotone delivery start to irritate you and their purposeless movement and gestures so distract you from what they are saying that you give up altogether.
